About Us
Early Excellence Consultant LLC was founded by Teresa Garcia, a bilingual (English/Spanish) early childhood professional with more than 20 years of experience. We provide high-quality training and support grounded in evidence-based practices and OCFS regulations.
We support educators, child care programs, and families throughout the licensing process — from Health and Safety training and CPR/First Aid certification to preparing safe, organized, child-ready learning environments.
"Children are the future, and early childhood educators are the architects who help build that future."
